We founded UI Medical Call Center because we saw a persistent gap in the market. Medical practices were either working with generalist agencies that didn't understand clinical workflows, or they were trying to manage marketing in-house with staff who were already stretched thin. Neither approach produced the consistent patient volume and practice growth that physicians deserved.
